KABASI or KAbataan ng BAgong SIlangan is a youth organization in Area 6 Sitio Veterans Bagong Silangan, Quezon City. It was established on 11th of February 2008.
It was establish for the reason of uniting the youth and make them busy in their community instead of loitering around. And also, to help the youth to increase their knowledge and skills, to establish mutual pleasure and enjoyment, to bring the youth to some course or events, to engage them in any other type of personal growth and to be able for them to engage in communal development. But the main reason is they want the youth to become united in one goal and that is for the success and progress of each of one.
KABASI is now on its 2nd year with more than 80 members. The KABASI still continue conducting activities for the community and for promoting personality development.
